How do I determine my correct size in BEARPAW boots?
Most of our boots are available in whole sizes only. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up to the next whole size to ensure a comfortable fit, especially if you plan to wear thick socks.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. You can initiate a return through our online portal to receive a prepaid shipping label.
Are BEARPAW boots waterproof?
Many of our styles feature NeverWet® technology, which provides water and stain resistance. However, unless a specific style is labeled as 'Waterproof,' it is designed for water resistance rather than complete submersion.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your footwear sooner.
Does BEARPAW offer a warranty on its products?
Yes, we provide a limited one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. This covers issues with materials and workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear or improper care.
