At BEARPAW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn merchandise in its original packaging. If your new boots or slippers aren't the perfect fit, our easy online portal makes the return and exchange process seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and choose between a refund or an exchange; once confirmed, download and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn items back in their original BEARPAW shoe box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton with the prepaid label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
